Who am I? I am a daughter of Christ, firefighter wife and mother of two beautiful little girls! Most days I am a hot mess but chances are those days are still filled with smiles because my goal is to bring light to a dark world. To help those who are hurting and hiding. To bring peace to the mother barely making it. To bring a smile to every face I see in person and on social media.

I am an open book. I have hit rock bottom and found my way back to the top because I refused to let the darkness win! I want to encourage others to do the same!

I’m going to be honest and say that I never imagined myself in the wellness industry - especially not promoting it! But 2020 was rough for me (I’m sure for most of us) and took a toll on my mental and physical health to the point that I almost took my own life (terrible post partum depression). I was on my knees daily in prayer and I believe that Arieyl was Gods answer to my prayers. I was ready to give up. Nothing was working and then I was given some products to try that literally changed everything for me. Not only did those overwhelming moments become manageable but my skin cleared up, I had more energy and even my runners knee pain went away! After 4 months on the products I decided I needed to stop being afraid of what people thought and start sharing because I knew so many of my friends and family needed this as much as me!
